2. Scope

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of digital products and services provided by Trading2gether, including:

• T2G DOM, a proprietary Bookmap add-on delivered as a digital software license;
• educational content and online training related to order flow, DOM reading and tape reading;
• optional bundled offers combining software access and educational content.

By purchasing a product or service from Trading2gether, the customer accepts these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

3. Nature of the products

Trading2gether products are digital products provided without physical delivery.

T2G DOM is a software add-on designed to run inside Bookmap. It does not work as a standalone platform.

Educational content is delivered online through a learning platform or other digital access method.

Digital access may be provided shortly after payment confirmation.

4. Third-party requirements

T2G DOM requires third-party tools and market data that are not sold by Trading2gether.

To use T2G DOM, the customer must have:

• a valid Bookmap license;
• compatible market data;
• a suitable computer and internet connection;
• a correctly configured Bookmap environment.

Bookmap Global is sufficient for T2G DOM analysis mode. Bookmap Global+ is required only for trade execution from Bookmap. Market data, including MBO data, is not included and must be sourced separately.

The validated setup for T2G DOM is Rithmic Level 2 / MBO data. Other data providers are not currently validated. If the customer uses another data provider, compatibility and data quality remain the customer's responsibility.

Trading2gether is not responsible for Bookmap subscription fees, broker fees, exchange fees, market data fees, third-party platform costs or incompatibilities caused by unsupported setups.

5. Prices

Prices are displayed in euros (€), unless otherwise stated.

Trading2gether may change its prices at any time. The applicable price is the price displayed at the time of purchase.

Promotional prices, discounts and special offers may be limited in time and may be modified or removed at any time.

6. Payment

Payments are processed through Stripe or another secure payment provider made available at checkout.

Trading2gether does not store customer banking or card details.

The order is considered confirmed only after payment has been successfully validated.

7. Delivery and access

T2G DOM access may be delivered by license key, activation process, download instructions, email or account-based access.

Educational content may be delivered through an online learning platform or other digital access method.

The customer is responsible for providing a valid email address and for checking spam or promotional folders if access information is not received.

8. License and usage rights

T2G DOM is provided under a personal, non-transferable license.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the license may not be shared, resold, rented, copied, redistributed, modified, reverse-engineered or transferred to another person.

Educational content is provided for personal use only. Sharing login credentials, copying videos, redistributing course material or reselling access is strictly prohibited.

Trading2gether reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in case of license abuse, unauthorized sharing, resale, fraud or violation of these terms.

9. Refunds and right of withdrawal

The customer may request a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase, subject to the conditions stated in the Refund Policy.

Because Trading2gether products are digital products that may be delivered, activated and accessed immediately, the right of withdrawal may be limited once digital access has started with the customer's agreement.

For T2G DOM, a refund may be refused if the license has been activated, the add-on has been substantially used, or the issue is caused by missing third-party requirements such as Bookmap, compatible market data, Rithmic Level 2 / MBO data, unsupported providers, insufficient hardware or incorrect configuration.

For educational content, a refund may be accepted only if the request is submitted within 14 days from the date of purchase and the user has not progressed beyond Lesson 5 included. Once Lesson 6 has been started, no refund will be granted.

If a refund is approved, a fixed cancellation and processing fee of €40 will be deducted from the refunded amount.

10. No financial advice

All Trading2gether products, including T2G DOM and educational content, are provided for educational, analytical and informational purposes only.

They do not constitute investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument, or an invitation to trade.

The customer remains solely responsible for all trading decisions, risk management and financial outcomes.

Trading involves significant risk and may result in financial losses.

11. Limitation of liability

Trading2gether does not guarantee trading results, profitability, execution quality, market interpretation accuracy or uninterrupted access to third-party platforms and data feeds.

Trading2gether cannot be held responsible for:

• financial losses;
• trading decisions made by the customer;
• market data interruptions or inaccuracies;
• Bookmap, broker, exchange or data provider issues;
• hardware, network or system performance problems;
• incorrect installation or configuration;
• unsupported third-party setups.

The customer understands that T2G DOM is an analytical tool and that all interpretation and trading decisions remain the customer's responsibility.

12. Intellectual property

All software, concepts, texts, visuals, videos, documents, training material, design elements, names, logos and proprietary signals created by Trading2gether are protected by intellectual property rights.

Any unauthorized reproduction, copying, distribution, resale, public sharing, modification, reverse engineering or commercial use is prohibited.

The purchase of a product grants a right of access or use only. It does not transfer ownership of the software, content, methodology or intellectual property.

13. Updates and changes

Trading2gether may update T2G DOM, modify features, improve detection logic, change settings, add or remove functionalities, or update educational content.

Trading2gether may also modify these Terms and Conditions of Sale when necessary.

The version applicable to a purchase is the version available on the website at the time of purchase, unless a later version is required by law or by service updates.

14. Abuse, fraud and chargebacks

Any abusive refund request, fraudulent purchase, unauthorized resale, license sharing, false technical claim or abusive bank dispute may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.

Trading2gether reserves the right to challenge abusive chargebacks and to take appropriate legal or administrative action when necessary.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Spanish law.

In the event of a dispute, the competent courts of Spain shall have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
