Refund Policy

1. Nature of the products
Trading2gether provides digital products and services, including:
- T2G DOM, a proprietary Bookmap add-on delivered as a digital software license;
- educational content, training material and online courses;
- optional bundled offers combining software access and educational content.
All products are delivered digitally and may be activated or accessed shortly after purchase.
2. T2G DOM add-on license
T2G DOM is a digital software product designed to run inside Bookmap.
The customer may request a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase.
However, because T2G DOM is a digital product that can be delivered, activated and used immediately, the refund request may be refused if:
- the license key, activation access or download instructions have already been delivered and used;
- the license has been activated;
- the add-on has been substantially used;
- the issue can be resolved through reasonable technical support;
- the problem is caused by missing third-party requirements such as Bookmap, Rithmic Level 2 / MBO data, unsupported data providers, insufficient hardware or incorrect platform configuration.
Bookmap license fees, market data fees, broker fees, exchange fees and third-party software costs are not sold by Trading2gether and are not refundable by Trading2gether.
3. Required third-party tools and data
T2G DOM requires Bookmap and compatible market data.
Bookmap Global is sufficient for T2G DOM analysis mode. Bookmap Global+ is required only for trade execution from Bookmap. Market data, including MBO data, is not included and must be sourced separately.
The validated setup for T2G DOM is Rithmic Level 2 / MBO data. Other data providers are not currently validated. If a trader uses another provider, compatibility and data quality remain the trader's responsibility.
Refunds will not be granted solely because the user does not have the required Bookmap license, required market data, compatible setup or sufficient system performance.
4. Educational content and training
Trading2gether also provides digital educational content accessible online after payment.
The customer may request a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Because the training content is delivered digitally and may be accessed immediately after payment, the right of withdrawal may be limited once the user has started consuming the content.
A refund request for educational content may be accepted only if:
- the request is submitted within 14 days from the date of purchase;
- the user has not progressed beyond Lesson 5 included.
Once Lesson 6 has been started, no refund will be granted, including partial refunds.
5. Bundled offers
If a product includes both T2G DOM access and educational content, the refund request will be reviewed based on the usage of both components.
No refund will be granted if:
- the T2G DOM license has been activated or substantially used;
- the educational content has been accessed beyond Lesson 5;
- the request is based on missing third-party requirements clearly stated before purchase.
6. Refund procedure
All refund requests must be sent by email to: info@trading2gether.com
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date of purchase.
The request must include:
- the full name used for the purchase;
- the purchase email address;
- the order reference, if available;
- a clear explanation of the reason for the request.
Trading2gether may request additional information to verify license activation, product access, technical setup or course progress.
7. Cancellation and processing fees
If a refund is approved, a fixed cancellation and processing fee of €40 will be deducted from the refunded amount.
This fee covers payment processing costs, Stripe fees, banking fees, account activation handling, license administration and support time already provided.
8. Abuse, fraud and chargebacks
Any abusive refund request, fraudulent use, license sharing, unauthorized resale, false technical claim or abusive bank dispute may result in immediate suspension of access to Trading2gether products and services.
Trading2gether reserves the right to challenge abusive chargebacks and to take appropriate action when necessary.
9. Final decision
Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval. Trading2gether reserves the right to refuse a refund when the conditions above are not met.
