Trading2gether collects only the personal data necessary to provide its digital products and services, including:

  • first name and last name;

  • billing and invoice information;
  • purchase and order information;
  • data required to create, manage or verify access to T2G DOM licenses;
  • data required to create and manage access to the LMS or educational content;
  • technical support information voluntarily provided by the user, such as screenshots, platform details, Bookmap setup, market data provider or error descriptions.

Trading2gether does not directly collect or store full payment card details. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Trading2gether does not intentionally collect sensitive personal data.

3. Purpose of processing

Personal data may be processed for the following purposes:

  • processing purchases and payments;
  • delivering and managing access to T2G DOM;
  • managing software licenses, activations and customer access;
  • delivering and managing access to educational content or online courses;
  • providing customer support and technical assistance;
  • sending service-related communications;
  • complying with legal, accounting and tax obligations;
  • protecting Trading2gether products, licenses and services against fraud, abuse, unauthorized sharing or chargeback abuse.

4. Legal basis for processing

The legal basis for processing personal data may include:

  • performance of a contract, when processing is necessary to deliver T2G DOM, educational content or related services;
  • compliance with legal obligations, including accounting, invoicing and tax requirements;
  • legitimate interest, including customer support, fraud prevention, license protection, service security and product improvement;
  • consent, where required, for optional communications or marketing.

5. Third-party service providers

Trading2gether may share limited personal data with trusted third-party service providers when necessary to operate its services.

These may include:

  • Stripe — secure payment processing;
  • EvolMind — LMS platform and educational access management;
  • Vercel — website hosting and deployment;
  • Cloudflare — security, DNS, caching and performance;
  • Resend or another email service provider — transactional emails and customer communications;
  • Bookmap or market data providers — only where relevant to technical support or compatibility verification, and only when information is provided by the user or required to resolve a support request.

These providers process data according to their own security and privacy standards and, where applicable, act as processors or independent controllers under the GDPR.

6. T2G DOM license and technical data

T2G DOM may require license verification, activation checks or technical support interactions.

Depending on the licensing system used, Trading2gether may process data such as:

  • license key or license status;
  • purchase email;
  • activation status;
  • support history;
  • technical environment information provided by the user;
  • Bookmap version, data provider or configuration details when needed for support.

Trading2gether does not use this information to identify trading strategies, trading performance or financial decisions.

7. Data retention

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy.

Data may be retained:

  • during the customer relationship;
  • for the duration required to provide access to purchased products;
  • for accounting, tax and legal retention periods;
  • for fraud prevention, dispute management or chargeback defense when necessary;
  • for support history and license administration.

When data is no longer required, it will be deleted, anonymized or archived according to applicable legal requirements.
